U.S. Customer Notice – DDP in effect

Executive Order 14324 ends duty-free treatment for low-value shipments from all countries. Shipments valued at $800 or less will no longer qualify for duty-free de minimis treatment under 19 U.S.C. §1321(a)(2)(C).

All orders shipped to the United States will be subject to customs duties and fees. These charges are applied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are included in the prices shown at checkout.

Orders will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), but in the event that there are additional fees required before delivery is completed, the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs, duties, or taxes. 

We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies to better understand potential charges. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control and cannot be waived or refunded by our store.

You can get updates on any shipping delays at Canadapost.ca, and track your orders using your order number &/or email here.

Within Canada: Orders under $50 there have a flat rate shipping charge, or choose you can carrier pricing as displayed at check-out.  Shipping is FREE on orders over $50.

US Orders: There is a flat rate shipping fee on all orders to the U.S. plus possible additional customs/duty fees (see above).  

We ship all orders within 3-4 business days, and a tracking number will be provided. 

All shipping costs & estimated shipping times are shown at checkout.  Days counted in shipping time estimates are business days, they don't include weekends or holidays.
