I originally bought these because my dining room chairs kept knocking off my old vent covers and I was afraid my kids would roll an ankle falling into the vents. I have now replaced all my vent covers with guardavent covers! The blend in great with my floors, are super durable, and don't budge! Love them!

This works quite well keeps the little guy out of the vents.

The vent cover was easy to install, looks greats, and has no unsafe edges. My toddler has pulled up other vent covers in the past to look at the vent and put things in them, but now I don't have to worry about this happening anymore.

Excellent product, excellent customer service

I love our new floor vents! Our toddler kept pulling up our traditional floor vents and dropping things down the vent. These KaRyMi vents have put a stop to that! He does still play with the open close feature but I'll take that any day over him pulling out the entire vent!

This grill is simple to install and works very well to prevent baby from pulling up the grill and also keep stuff out of the ducts.

I'm a first time 66 yo grandma, my grandson is just 2 & very motivated on how everything works. He discovered how easy it is to lift off the floor vent covers. It's so dangerous inside the vent. Raw, sharp sheet metal that could slice him up. I was traumatized & disturbed. I was unable to find a safe solution to prevent him from getting hurt. I thought about wood vent covers but the lip of the covers was not wide enough to screw into the floors. And nice wood covers are very pricy.

I ran across these vent covers & thought how perfect they would be. I ordered just enough to cover the vents that my grandson has access too.

I just received them! Easy to install, I installed 6 of them myself in about 30 min! I had to trim some of the carpet that prevented the cover from laying flat. My thick carpet also prevented me lining up the screw hole to hit the sub floor. So I pre drilled the screw hole lower. I was pleasantly surprised the plastic did not crack or chip. I then proceeded to screw the vent cover. These things are a life safer for me & my grandson. I now have a piece of mind. And surprisingly they look great! They also have an open & close on the cover! It�s s little bit of an investment, however I found a 20% coupon & got free shipping. That a BIG savings I live in Alaska. And if you don�t like them, they are returnable. Also I hardly ever leave a review. Don�t like to waste my time but these deserve positive feed back

The company was wonderful to work with, answered all my questions, even sent some extra screws of various lengths to help with my unique situation. The vent covers came really quickly and were very easy to install. One vent doesn't quite fit but that's because the tile in that room was cut weird (at an angle) and I think we need a narrower vent cover but other than that, they worked out great and they're not an eyesore, not super bulky, just kinda blend in with the floor. Super happy with my purchase.
